Parole Him – Crual & Unusual
Mike Covington, age 27, served a short prison sentence recently. Immediately following his release, Covington reported to his Parole Office as per the release instructions. As seen in this video recording, almost immediately after his arrival Officer Winters instructed Covington to take off his pants and another Parolee Benjamin Gibson went and perform oral sex on him. Gibson was on Parole for a minor charge. During the meeting he later had anal sex with Covington.
